Mindful Movement &Mediterranean Living
Sept. 26 - Oct. 4, 2026

Culture, Movement & the Art of Living
This RasVida journey to Crete is an immersive experience designed for travelers who crave culture, nature, and meaningful connection — with just enough structure to feel supported and plenty of space to simply enjoy.
Over nine days, we’ll explore the island through its landscapes, traditions, and flavors: visiting vineyards and farms, sharing unforgettable food experiences, walking ancient sites, cruising the Aegean, and hiking through one of Crete’s stunning gorges. Each day is thoughtfully paced, blending exploration with downtime and moments to rest and integrate.
Daily yoga and movement practices are offered to support the journey — grounding the body, easing tired muscles, and enhancing presence — but this trip is not a yoga-intensive retreat. No prior yoga experience is required.
This is travel for those who want to move, wander, taste, learn, and connect — with the land, the culture, and one another — while experiencing Crete in a way that feels authentic, soulful, and deeply human.

About the Location
Ierapetra, Crete
Located on Crete’s southern coast, Ierapetra is a sun-drenched seaside town known for its relaxed rhythm, fertile agricultural land, and genuine local life. Far from the crowds of northern Crete, this region offers a more intimate glimpse into the island’s traditions, landscapes, and everyday beauty.
Eastern Crete is a place of striking contrasts — rugged mountains and dramatic gorges give way to calm beaches and clear turquoise waters. Life here revolves around the land and sea, with an abundance of fresh produce, olive oil, wine, and simple, soulful cuisine rooted in centuries-old traditions.
From historic sites like Spinalonga to quiet villages, vineyards, and coastal paths, this area invites slower travel and deeper connection. It’s a place where hospitality is heartfelt, time feels expansive, and visitors are welcomed not as tourists, but as guests.
